Espresso Baked Oats Recipe - high protein healthy breakfast
Espresso Baked Oats! Hellooooo balanced breakfast!! These oats are easy to make & serve up carbs, protein, healthy fats, and fibre for a nourishing and delicious brekkie 😋 I love blending my baked oats mixtures because there’s so much variation possible - you can skip the cottage cheese & add Greek yogurt or an egg, you can add extra protein with some protein powder, you can add a scoop of Nutella, you can toss in some nuts or fruits… it’s truly a “make it your own”! Recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup milk (or plant based milk) 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1 banana Pinch of salt Add-ins: 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp espresso powder, 1 handful chocolate chips Blend everything together. Pour into an oven-safe dish. Bake at 375 for 20 mins. Top with peanut butter if you’d like, and enjoy! #healthyb

Key Lime Cheese Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients: • 1/4 cup greek style yogurt (I use vanilla yopro) • 1 cup oats 80g • 30g of vanilla or white choc protein • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice • 2 heaped tbs softened cream cheese 40g • 1 tbs chia seeds • 2tbs maple syrup • Squeeze of key lime juice & 1/2 tsp zest (regular lime works, too) Topping: • 25g white chocolate • 1/3 cup of Vanilla yoghurt +1/2 tbs milk • biscoff biscuit / any crumbly biscuit Method: Oats Mix: Add yogurt, maple syrup/ or honey, and cream cheese to a bowl and mix. Add in milk and oats, protein, chia seeds & lime juice & zest, mix until combined. Let sit and thicken for 5 mins or so. Adjust milk if needed. The chia seeds will soak up liquid as time goes on.
