Blueberry Quark: 7 oz double cream, 9 oz unflavoured quark, 1 carton wild blueberry Moomin Smoothie, 2 tbsp sugar (or according to taste), 1 tsp vanilla sugar. Whisk cream until whipped. Stir in quark and Smoothie. Season with sugar according to taste. Enjoy!
