CHERRY J SOUR by Ondra Hnilicka  50ml Ron de Jeremy Reserva 20ml Fresh lemon juice 20ml Cherry Marnier liquer 10ml Creme de Cacao Dark 1 barspoon Galliano vanilla liqueur 5 drops of plum bitters 20ml egg white  3 drops from the column filled with Ron de Jeremy infused with vanilla, star anise and cinnamon  Dry shake/shake, double strain - one big ice cube, on the top grated chocolate.

LONG RON'S ICED TEA  1.5 oz - Ron de Jeremy Rum 1.5 oz - Vodka 1.5 oz - Gin 1.5 oz - Triple Sec 1 tsp - Tequila 2 tsps - lemon juice Top up with Cola 2 lemon wedges  Combine all ingredients except the cola in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice, top up with cola and stir. Garnish with a couple wedges of lemon.

RONIRIÑA - 2 oz Ron de Jeremy Rum - 1/2 Large Lime - 2 tbsp Powder (Confectioner's) Sugar - Crushed Ice. - Cut the ends off of a large Lime. - Cut Lime in half, - then cut one of the halves into 4 pieces. - Add Lime pieces to a glass, - add two tablespoons of Powder Sugar and use a Pestle to squeeze all the juice out of the Lime pieces (do not break the lime peel). - Fill the glass with crushed ice and - add 2 ounces of Ron de Jeremy and - stir. RONQUIRI  1.5 oz - Ron de Jeremy Rum 3/4 oz - lime juice 1/4 oz - sugar syrup  Pour the rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel twist.
