In a small bowl mix together drained tuna, mayo, and sriracha. Set aside. • 2. In a large bowl add freshly cooked rice, then season with rice wine vinegar and furikake. • 3. Potato Mochi
· 1 serving @erictriesit on TikTok ~9 pieces • 2 medium potatoes, quartered (350g) • 3 tbsp potato starch • Shredded mozzarella cheese • Oil • 1 nori sheet Sauce/glaze • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce • 1 tbsp mirin • 1 tbsp sugar • 1 tbsp butter 1. Add potatoes to water and boil for 10-15 min or until fork tender. Drain and transfer to a large bowl and mash. Add potato starch and mix through. 2. Grab a ball of potato dough and use your thumb to make an indent. Fill the divot with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with more dough. 3. In a oiled pan, shallow fry the potato mochi on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove, allow to cool, and add them to skewers. 4. To make the sauce/glaze, in a small saucepan, mix together soy sauce, dark soy sauc
