Wow!! 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp lemon juice & 1 tbsp oatmeal - apply to face - leave 15 min and wash off with warm water. Do this 2 - 3 times a week - in a month hair should be gone completely.
I don't know that what this says about belly fat specifically is true...if it were, everyone would be spouting it (and quite the opposite is happening - no way to target). But the ideas are great for fat loss in general.
