Here are some ways I like to open up my shoulders and upper back, stretch my chest and delts, and also my calves and archilles tendon. _ Hold deep breaths Between 10-15 breaths Stretch and move with your breath _ #foxyroxyyoga #practiceyogachangeyourworld
