Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup milk of choice My choice of add-ins: 1 tbsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Method: 1. Add all of your ingredients into a jar and mix well to combine. Let it sit on the counter for about 10 minutes and whisk it again (as a lot of the seeds will sink/clump up). 2. Pop the lid on and transfer to the fridge to set. I usually leave mine overnight but it should be ready in a couple of hours. 3. When ready to serve, give it another whisk then take out as much as you'd like. NOTE: If it's too thick, simply add in a splash of milk and whisk well. If it's too runny, add in an extra tsp or two of chia seeds, whisk and leave to set. By @thrivingonplants
