Snapdragons (Antirrhinum majus) are fantastic for flower arranging, with generous spires of clustered flowers adding bulk. 'Potomac' series are tall & statuesque, come back strongly when cut. The 'Chantilly' group is equally good, with butterfly-type flowers that are slightly more delicate-looking. Sow with care, as the seeds are minuscule & prone to damping off. 'Sow the seeds really thinly, so they have space to breathe, & then remove the propagator lid ASAP so the atmosphere isn't too damp.
