By @theveryhungrycoeliac It’s usually made with fresh salmon but I don’t generally have any in the house so canned tuna had to suffice when I wanted them for lunch. I seasoned my rice with sushi vinegar and let it set for a bit, then mixed the tuna with kewpie mayo, sriracha and spring onion (no rules on amounts here, just until it tastes good).
