Ingredients: 100g dry chickpeas 2 tbsp psyllium husk 1 tsp baking soda mixed with 1 tbsp vinegar 100ml water Spices (e.g., paprika, fennel seeds) 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Sesame and nigella seeds (optional) Instructions: Soak chickpeas overnight, then drain and rinse. Blend soaked chickpeas with other ingredients in a food processor. Shape dough into 5 mini bread rolls. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle seeds (optional).
