Blend soaked chickpeas with other ingredients in a food processor. Shape dough into 5 mini bread rolls. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle seeds (optional). Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden and puffed up. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container for a couple of days. They can be frozen and reheated
