Air Fryer Cheesy Potatoes
When I want an easy lunch this is my go to - Air Fryer Cheesy Potatoes. Just microwave a large potato for 6 minutes. Slices into large wedges, season-with a pinch of paprika and sea salt and top with some grated cheese, then air fry at 375f/190c until melted and golden. -so yummy served with veggie crudités and ranch (the ranch dressing recipe is on the Slimming Eats website). Air Fryer Doner Kebab
35min · 4 servings Ingredients • 455g (16oz) of lean ground lamb (mince) or can use beef mince • ½ teaspoon of baking soda • 2 tablespoons of water • 1 teaspoon of salt • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin • 1 teaspoon of paprika • ½ teaspoon of oregano • ½ teaspoon of mild chilli powder • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder • ½ teaspoon of onion powder • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper • 4 Wholewheat Pitta Breads • Mixed Salad - cucumber, crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and red onion To make: • Combine ingredients for Doner meat in a large bowl • Form into a large meatloaf, place on a sheet of foil and wrap up tightly • Preheat air fryer to 340f for 2 minutes • Add wrapped up meat and cook for 25 minutes • Unwrap and increase heat to 360f and cook

15min · 4 servings Ingredients: • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (640g/22.5oz) , raw (trimmed of an excess visible fat), sliced in half • 3 garlic cloves, crushed • 2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger • pinch of salt and black pepper • 2 tablespoons of sriracha (use more of less depending on your preferred spice level) • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey • 2 tablespoons of tomato puree (paste) • 4 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce • 180ml of water (¾ cup) - don't add this if air frying • 2 spring onions (green onions), finely sliced • low calorie spray • fresh lime wedges to serve (optional)
