Healthier Choco Lava Cake Recipe
Ingredients (makes 4 choco lava cakes - per cake 120 KCal, 5g P, 4g F, 18g C)
1/2 cup oats (I used multigrain oats from Quaker)
2 tbsp dark cocoa powder 
1 cup apples cubed, cored and peeled 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk 
2 tbsp curd or Greek yoghurt 
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)
30 g choco chips, divided into four portions - chilled in the fridge for at least half an hour 

Method 
1. Blend together all ingredients except the choco chips. 
2. Fill a third of a greased ramekin with the batter, add 1/4 the chocolate chips in the centre , cover with more batter until the ramekin is 3/4th filled. 
3. Bake at 180 C for 20 - 22 mins.

In the same oil add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 green cardamom, 2 cloves and 3 chopped onions. Sauté onions till golden brown.
