The interior of the abandoned hospital. I was not tempted to climb the stairs. I know that it's a hospital, but I was not too convinced by the level of patient care available... This is handheld at 1/6s, came out pretty well I think!
Ghosts of Silver City
Silver City is one of the odder places I've visited in Idaho, and definitely one of the least accessible - the 20 or so miles of steep dirt road to get there stave off most tourists. I found this treasure as I was out roaming around the gravel roads of Iowa last weekend. I'm going to go back again and get some better shots. I should have had my 18-55 lens on for a wider angle. I was just to lazy to change it. I also will go back to get some shots of it after we have snow on the ground. I love abandoned homes like this (for photograph purposes anyway). So much character.
