A good judge of how much I enjoy you is not only how long I can hold a conversation with you (I have a bad habit of not talking when I have nothing to say.) but also how long I can sit in silence with you without feeling uncomfortable.
Some days, it's just not possible to put in a full hour of yoga. But most days will allow for this 10-to-15-minute sequence. Think of this sequence as your maintenance plan. It will keep you running smoothly until you can get in for a full tuneup.
