Instead of focusing on having the perfect morning routine, just focus on finding time to journal for 5 minutes. 🧘🏼♀️📓📝 I’ve found for me, that I like to wake up and move a little bit before I journal. I like to grab a coffee or workout, and then come to my journal. Some people love doing it the second they wake up! I love that for them!! Unfortunately, mine would just say “I’m tired” over and over 😂😂 Do what works for you!! It’s okay for your routine to look differently than others ❤️ . .
