Hear the Nature

The sea and nature characterise Vaasa. Nature makes itself seen in daily life. The Kvarken Archipelago is the first Finnish natural heritage on UNESCO's World Heritage List. We received the World Heritage status because our area is the best place in the world in which to witness land uplift.
