Ice Globe Luminary - fill latex balloon 3/4 full with water. Freeze. Cut off balloon, empty any water from inside. Place over a tea light or submersible light. Can use indoors or outside.

Fill a balloon with water, set out in the cold and wait until it has frozen at least a half inch thick, a little more. The balloon freezes all the way around. Drill a hole to get the water out and put in a light. Use balloons of different sizes and put together in groups.
