Arctic Animal splatter art using winter animal die cuts. Place cutouts of animals on poster board and dip a toothbrush into white tempera paint. Brush a toothpick across the top of the toothbrush so that paint splatters onto the poster board. After letting the paint dry remove the animal cut outs & it looks like the animals are walking in a snow storm.
