BACK FAT? NO GYM? No weights ? No problem! Not to mention how fun this routine is! Burner but fun 🔥 💥 🥳🥳 WEEK 3 back on regular exercise and I am feeling strong and happy again 🥳🥳… Even if my workouts so far are mostly body weight and beginners level.
