Yoga pose for Sleep and travel
One of our favorite shapes to do before bed, particularly when going through phases of insomnia. Great for soothing an overactive mind, especially when coupled with our lavender and bergamot eye pillows which have nervine relaxants and are known to soothe, calm, and balance. All you need is a calm buddhi oval bolster, eye pillow, and perhaps a blanket and faux rug for extra warmth in cooler months. A wall will give you the opportunity to completely relax and let go.
