Here is the recipe for the smoothie version: first tapioca pearls cook 20 to 25 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Second bead insert at least 10 minutes in syrup Third make tea, let it cool and fill with milk. 4th Add about 5 ice cubes in a blender and chop. Fifth in a transparent drinking vessel fill, add tapioca and optionally enriched with syrup. 6th enjoy through extra-wide straw.
