It starts with a silver glass glitter encrusted filigree top. Hanging below, is a damask paper covered base embellished with Dresden foils trims and vintage tinsel garland. Then another layer that includes a scrap picture that is backed with tinsel garland, and wrapped with fabric trims, and finished with Dresden foil trims.
